YouTube is one of the most popular sites for children, and anyone can upload and share videos about anything. YouTube can showcase creativity and foster learning and connection for children, but it is also home to a variety of dangerous and inappropriate content. It is the user’s responsibility to filter the content he or she sees, and often, children don’t have the ability or knowledge to filter their viewing before it’s too late.
