The couple must reserve 6 months in advance and bring the following:

1. Two witnesses per person to testify on behalf of the couple.
2. Certificates: -Recent Baptismal Certificate (to be acquired within 6 months of the wedding date), Confirmation and First Communion certificates (they can be a copy of the original.)
3. One person of the couple must be a registered Parishioner or live in the parish boundaries. If one lives out of the parish boundaries, they must bring a letter from their home parish.
4. Cost: $400.00 (A deposit of $200 if required to reserve)

One month before the wedding the couple must have completed the following:

• Acquire the Marriage License one month before the wedding. (if they are not married civilly)
• Preparation of a weekend retreat offered by the dioceses.
• Interview: The couple will have an interview with one of the priests to fill out some forms.

2nd or 4th Saturday of the Month at 9:30 a.m.

Parents must register One month before the desired date

Requirements:

1. Birth certificate (original) of the child; who is not older than 7 years of age.
2. Parents valid I.D.
3. Parents must live within the parish boundaries, or obtain a permission letter from their home parish.
4. Cost: $35.00
5. Godparents must be practicing Catholics. If they are a couple must be married by the church, if they are single, they must be over 18 years old and have been baptized in the Catholic Church. Certificates will be required.
6. Preparation: Both, parents and Godparents will participate in a one-hour preparation class.
